Amishville Campground is open from April 1st to October 31st.  You can see each themed weekends on our calendar and get an idea of what we will be doing on that weekend.  We offer RV sites 20, 30 & 50 amp, full hookup, and primitive tent camping sites.  Each weekend you can participate in some fun scheduled activities for the whole family.  Or you could just kick back, relax. and do your own thing.  Some of the activities you may enjoy doing at Amishville could include: swimming, fishing, playing at the playground, Hayride, Bingo, and of course enjoying a bag of FREE kettle popcorn that is popped right in front of you. Animals are waiting for you in the barn to feed them a cone of feed.  An Amish  home is open for tours given by actual Amish tour guides.  We invite you to visit us soon and enjoy a delicious Pizza or Sandwich at the Amishville Grille. You can dine in or take your meal back to your campsite. We look forward to having you as our guest soon and making lasting memories with family and friends!
Amishville is nestled among the rolling meadows that bank the Wabash River… steeped in the rich heritage of Amish families and farmlands. The pace is slower here. You’ll have all the time you need to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds as you experience the Amish way of life.

Rainbow Bend State Recreation area is located a short drive from Amishville. A picturesque covered bridge and a canoe launch can be found there. Indiana author Gene Stratton-Porter’s childhood home is located in the town of Geneva. A fine golf course and a unique lakeside water park are nearby.
